Misquoted warranty work, resulting in ~$1,200 charge. If known before work was started, I would have had grandson, who is a qualified mechanic, do the work instead. Would have been nice if the truck had been washed at a local car wash as a ‘value add’ service for the breach in communication but the attitude wasn’t one of customer appreciation for allowing the dealership to service the vehicle instead of other qualified competitors. Doubtful I’ll return or recommend Wills Point Chevrolet for any non-warranty related work in the future.

Communication needs lots of work. Service rep never returned calls till next day or even day after if even at all. For updates I had to call to keep things rolling took a month for what should have been done in a week. Then I got hosed cause my extended warranty backed out and i got stuck with a huge bill I couldn't afford but was told this a great warranty Service yall have used numerous times. Overall glad I got my truck back and I will not be back for any reason.

Dealership faced several challenges with getting parts to repair truck. Did a great job getting truck repaired. Nothing worse than no AC in the Texas Summer. Now back out on the road and AC is great !
